Shipping policy

Due to Canada Post's ongoing negotiation with the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, all orders will now be shipped via ChitChats (transit time of 4-21 business days, dependent on region). Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Tracking will be provided. Please note that we do not ship on federal Canadian or Ontario statutory holidays. We are not shipping to PO boxes, rural route, or remote addresses at this time.
